HOW TO AVOIDÂ SKIN CANCER
Simple Habits for Healthier Skin
Skin cancer is the most common form of all cancers in the United States, accounting for 75% of all cancer diagnoses. The two most common types: basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are highly curable. Melanoma however, the third most common skin cancer, is much more dangerous. Even though skin cancer is rarely fatal, it is a major health concern since so many people are affected by it. The best part is, it is so easily preventable! Sunscreen, limited sun exposure and protective clothing are some of the simplest ways to prevent skin cancer, so cover up!
